Share Captures and Projects

You can invite others to View and Collaborate on a Capture by inviting Collaborators to a Project or a Capture. Group sharing is available, see Groups - Sharing and Collaboration.

Share just one Capture

Add a collaborator to a Capture as an Editors or Viewer. This permission can be added to individual captures. 

Note: Editors can make changes to Annotations, OmniNotes and Bookmarks and can save measurements. Viewers have limited privileges, they can only view the Capture.

Find Manage Access for a Capture.  Enter in an team member's email, choose privileges then share the capture.  

Share an entire Project

Sharing a Project will share ALL Captures within that Project and will allow the user to create New Captures in that project. Project admins have additional privilages.

Note: Project Members can create New Captures and View all Existing Captures. Project Admins has control of Additional Sharing within the Project, plus control of additional Settings.

Find Manage Access for the project. 

Create Custom Groups 

Groups can be created to more easily control sharing and permissions.  Groups can be found in the settings panel and are available to team administrators. Find Groups in Settings.  See Groups - Sharing and Collaboration for more information on groups.

Is Publishing to create a Sharable Link Available?

Yes this is is now available. Publishing a Capture creates a public link which will allow anyone with the link to view the capture. Toggle the Publish button and then anyone with the link can view the 3D Map and it's bookmarks and can export 3D data and take measurements. Annotations and saved measurements are not visible in the published link; you must be logged in with permissions to view the annotations or to save measurements.

How to Publish a Capture:

1. Click on a Capture in the Project Center and Turn ON Publish.
2. Click on Manage Members to Copy the Link
3. Share the Link. Anyone with the link can access the 3D Map, export 3D data or take measurements.

How to Un-Publish a Capture:

1. Click on a Capture in the Project Center and Turn OFF Publish.
2. The Published link will not longer work. Now, only Members of the Capture or the Project will be able to access the link.
